I am married and a mother of two daughters. Throughout my life, I have developed strong organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and a great sense of care. These qualities are also reflected in the way I work and are especially important when providing a careful and high-quality cleaning service. I am organized, reliable, careful with people’s belongings, and comfortable following instructions. I also have experience using different machines and equipment and I am a quick learner when it comes to new procedures. I am a qualified podiatrist, and my professional experience has strengthened my attention to hygiene, cleanliness, organization, and small details — qualities that I apply directly to residential cleaning. I also have previous professional experience with issuing invoices, administrative tasks, and operating business machines and equipment. These experiences have helped me develop responsibility, organization, and professionalism. At the moment, I am looking for new clients and opportunities in residential cleaning. I work with dedication, discretion, punctuality, and respect for each client's home and routine. My goal is always to provide a thorough, careful, and trustworthy service. I currently speak Portuguese exclusively, but I use a translator easily to communicate with my clients. I am comfortable using translation tools to understand instructions and communicate clearly, and I am always willing to learn and improve my communication.
