I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy and experienced cleaning person to help maintain our home. Here are the details:

House Description:
Our house is an apartment in a standard old Dutch building.
Two-story house with Ground Floor: Stairs, Kitchen, living room, one bedroom, a toilet, balcony and a hallway, and First Floor: Stairs, two small bedrooms, balcony and a bathroom (to be clear, there are two set of stairs).
It is a fairly clean house, but I need help to keep it tidy & definitely dust-free.

What I’m Looking For:
- Someone organized and thorough with cleaning. If you can speak English, that would be very nice.
- Daily tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom & toilet cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and general upkeep of the house. Some other tasks like window cleaning, cleaning kitchen and bathroom cabinets (inside and outside), cleaning the chimney fan/ filter above the stove, etc. can happen every alternative week. I am open to hearing how you want to organize the cleaning.
- Must be comfortable cleaning both floors.
- The previous person helping us was amazing - very organized, would concentrate on making sure she is finishing the task that she started, and would make sure she is doing deep cleaning in one part of the house every time she comes and then rotating. She would even guide us on tips to take care of our plants or bring some homemade products to clean kalk deposit, etc. I didn't need to worry about the house, and she took care of our house like her own!

Schedule:
3 times a month on a weekday (flexible with timing).
3 hours each time.
