Wanted: Cleaning of the apartment (floor)

I am looking for a cleaner to help with regular cleaning of a small studio apartment.
The apartment is a 22 sq.m student studio, generally clean and easy to maintain. I am planning to schedule cleaning once a month, with a possibility of increasing to twice a month in the future.
Cleaning tasks include:
Thorough floor mopping throughout the studio (clean enough to walk barefoot 😊)
Vacuuming if needed
Bathroom cleaning:
cleaning the sanitary ware
cleaning the lower part of the walls if needed (I think needed for the first time)
mopping the bathroom floor
The studio is compact, so the job should not be difficult. I am looking for a reliable and careful person, preferably with cleaning experience.
Flexible with timing and open to discussion.
