Thorough efficient cleaner

Hello,
I am looking for someone to help clean my house either entirely (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen) once a week for 3 to 4 hours or alternating half of it every week for 2h. Cleaning consists of dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchen. There is a living room, open kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet, three bedrooms with minimal furnishing and an attic.
I would like someone that is thorough and takes care of the details like plints, window frames, under the bed etc. and that works fast. I myself get through the entire house in 3h but I can understand someone else might need more time in the beginning to get their marks. However anything above 4h is unacceptable.
I would also need someone that speaks English for easier communication because my Dutch is still limited.
