I’m looking for a household helper who can support me with both housekeeping and healthy meal preparation.
The role explicitly includes cleaning and maintaining the house: tidying up, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, vacuuming, mopping, laundry if needed, and generally keeping the home clean, organized, and pleasant.
The schedule can include morning shifts as well as afternoon / early evening shifts, for example from 15:00 to 18:00. During the evening shifts, the focus would be on preparing a healthy dinner instead of breakfast or lunch.
During morning shifts, the main focus is preparing healthy breakfast and lunch meals — think truly healthy sandwiches, smoothies, juices, and other nutritious options where healthy living is genuinely at the core. It’s less about heavy cooking and more about fresh, wholesome food prepared with care and attention.
The schedule would be approximately three shifts per week, either in the mornings (from 7:00 to 10:00 or 11:00) and/or in the afternoon / early evening, depending on availability and what works best for both of us.
I find it very important that someone is kind, caring, reliable, and pleasant to be around, as both mornings and evenings are calm and positive moments of the day for me.
