Hallo! Wij zoeken een huishoudster voor 2 doordeweekse dagen, ongeveer 4 uur per dag. Wij, een familie van twee ouders en twee kinderen plus een lieve hond.
Wij zoeken iemand die meer kan dan alleen schoonmaken. Iemand die meedenkt in hoe dingen optimaal georganiseerd worden en naast schoonmaak ook andere taken kan vervullen zoals koken, reorganiseren. Dus heb jij die kwaliteiten, ben jij gedreven en heb je een kritisch oog voor hoe dingen beter kunnen? Dan ontmoeten wij jou graag.
Wij zoeken een huishoudster, niet enkel een schoonmaakster, het verschil? Een huishoudster houdt, naast de schoonmaak, het huis draaiende, ziet dingen, is proactief, legt relaties op, terwijl een schoonmaakster zich beperkt tot de standaard schoonmaak. Lees aub zorgvuldig de omschrijving hieronder.

Hello, we are looking for a housekeeper for two weekdays, about 4 hours a day. We, a family of two parents and two children plus a sweet dog.
We are looking for someone who can do more than just cleaning. Someone who thinks critically in how things are optimally organized and can do other tasks besides cleaning such as cooking such as reorganizing. So do you have these qualities, are you driven and do you have a critical eye for how things can be done better? Then we would like to meet you.
We are looking for a housekeeper and not a cleaner, the difference? A housekeeper, besides cleaning, keeps the house running, sees things, is proactive and connects the dots. Whilst a cleaner limits themselves to standard cleaning. Please read the description below carefully.

Job Summary
A Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the home remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to manage household tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Make beds, change linens, and manage household laundry (washing, ironing, and folding).
• Maintain the kitchen, including cleaning countertops, appliances, and dishware.
• Organize and restock household supplies (toiletries, cleaning products, etc.).
• Handle light meal preparation or assist with cooking if required.
• Take care of household plants and occasionally assist with pet care.
• Run errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or handling deliveries.
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning (windows, upholstery, etc.).
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to the homeowner.
Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience in housekeeping or domestic work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow household routines.
• Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality.
• Cooking or meal preparation skills
Work Schedule
• Part-time
• May require occasional weekends or evenings based on employer needs, and in mutual agreement.
